I've always liked the overall look of this building on 3rd Ave (lower 30s). But, those balconies look a bit scary.

Testing a new polarizer filter (yes, it polarizes nicely!) from a Lower East Side apartment when I noticed some graffiti in what appears to be a hard-to-reach place on the Williamsburg Bridge. Granted, it's not out over the water - it's on the side of the Manhattan anchorage. But, I just don't see how someone would have gotten out there to do this - or why someone would be crazy enough to try! The bottom photo is a wider view showing exactly where this is relative to the rest of the bridge.
