One57 and Neighbors
The 90 story condo building at 157 W 57th Street, aka One57. The building gained notoriety during Hurricane Sandy (while still under construction) when a part of a construction crane broke, leaving it dangling 75 floors above neighboring buildings. Seen from Columbus Circle, Manhattan.

East Midtown Plaza B&W
I took a photography course at Parsons last year and shot this photo for a "B&W" assignment. This is a tiny piece of the huge, block-long brick apartment complex at 23rd Street between 1st & 2nd Avenues, NYC [A7m2-2282 b&w acr(R)PScc]

TTW - Philly Cityscape at Sundown
Taken thru the (not too clean) window of the Loews Hotel - my favorite hotel in Philly! Looking east from Market &12th Streets towards the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge (i think) at the far left. Thanksgiving week (Nov 22, 2015).

Rutherford Place Entrance
The beautiful entrance to 305 Second Avenue, near E 18th Street - aka Rutherford Place or The Rutherford. At one time it was the home of the Lying-In Hospital of the City of New York. It's now a Condo. StuyTown/Gramercy Park area of Manhattan.

Luminaire Gramercy
The banner above the entrance says “Brighter Living” and the building is living up to its new name, literally. This is the Luminaire Gramercy. It was formerly known as Post Luminaria. Developer Ben Shaoul recently acquired the property and is in the process of converting it from rentals to condos.
I'm guessing the blue spotlights placed in most of the rooms are in vacant/unsold apartments to draw the attention of passersby. They sure got my attention!
At 1st Avenue & E 23rd Street, StuyTown / Gramercy, Manhattan
