Hi Joel, I like you blog, I came across it by accident. Was looking at NYC photos. My wife, daughter and I are coming there next week for a few days. First time for me. Hope I can find some cool stuff to photograph ;-)
Enjoy your visit to NYC. Here's a tip that I keep forgetting myself - as you walk around looking for things to photograph, don't just look ahead and to the sides... remember to look back. Everything looks different from different perspectives and you may end up with a much better photo of something that you already photographed (or chose to not photograph) from the other side.
