2 for 1: The Sun - it shines for all - The clock and thermometer are all that's left of the New York Sun newspaper at its former headquarters (Broadway & Chambers Street) just across from City Hall Park. The newspaper was published from 1833 - 1966. A contemporary New York Sun began publishing in 2002 and folded earlier this year. According to Wikipedia, it had no connection to the earlier newspaper, other than sharing the same name and motto.
