I'll never understand the addiction to eating outdoors that many New Yorkers (many of my friends included) seem to have. I mean, these streets are not the Champs-Élysées. There's garbage less than 20 feet away and stop-and-go traffic about 10 feet away. I just don't get it. Photo taken thru the window of taxi caught in stop-and-go traffic.
