An almost ghost-like effect - the result of early morning sun shining through rising steam

Playing with Selective Color using a layer mask in Photoshop instead of my usual history brush method. I think I prefer layer mask. This is a playground in Stuyvesant Town (I must admit this is not the best subject for selective color).

Outside my window. I feel sorry for these little guys out there in this frigid weather. I know they've annoyed some of my neighbors by eating thru their window screens. But, when it's this cold and icy....
